"Le Verger" is golden with aromas and flavors of green fruits, white flowers, citrus, exotic fruits, dried berries and honey. The wine is lively with a round body in good balance with creamy fruity freshness.
Le Verger is good as an apéritif or with seafood, sushi and grilled fish.
Domaine de la Palud, located south of the city of Orange in the Rhône region, produces Marie-Laure Grangeon top wines with "know-how" handed down from her ancestors. Domaine de la Palud has been in the family since 1841 and before that the vineyard belonged to a Provencal noble family for five centuries. At the vineyard there is still a building (a tower) left from the 14th century.
Marie-Laure Grageon's wines are magnificent examples of what wines from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape district and the Côtes du Rhône have to offer.
