Alcohol: 12.5% VOL

Yves Beck 93 points: "The bouquet is subtle and complex, fruity and mineral. It reveals refreshing notes of yellow fruit and citrus followed by hints of flint. The wine is balanced, straightforward and juicy with a tasty, salty and tight character on the palate. Another great success for this property.”

James Suckling 90 points: "Gooseberries, green apples, lemongrass and some spices on the nose. Medium-bodied, creamy and flavorful. Tangy finish.”

The wine is aged for 9 months (55% amphora, 45% in 1-year-old oak barrels).
