"Rêve'olution" (Rêve means dream in French) is an exclusive Crémant that is often designated as Champagne in blind tastings. Aged for 36 months on racks before release, it has an aromatic floral nose combined with green fruits and brioche. Very fine bubbles that give pulse to the floral and brioche-influenced notes. Rêve'olution is extra brut, and has virtually no added sulphur.

Rêve'olution is good as an apéritif or with seafood, cheeses and desserts.

Burckel Jung has produced wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
