A Mediterranean Syrah – pure fruit! In the middle of the 17th century, people used to say “à la franquette” (in all openness). This is a very honest wine that fully expresses this hot and dry area of Saint Pargoire. The wine is fresh with flavors of red berries and slightly smoky notes, finishing with a long aftertaste.

Franquette! is a red wine you can easily drink without a meal, and otherwise it goes perfectly with various pasta dishes and food from the grill.

Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she was without water, electricity and generally had very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist and she really knows what she is doing. It is not experiments that she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène's wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty. Her wines are enjoyed in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France, and French icon actress Catherine Deneuve is among Mylène's fan base.
