"L'inclassable" means unclassifiable. There is a good reason for this, as Domaine Burckel-Jung has created a unique orange wine. The color is reminiscent of amber, but also rosé. The wine has a nice expression of quince, dried flower, acacia honey, but also candied cherries. A very complex and tart flavor with notes of cherry and citrus peel. The finish is fresh and lemony.

This is a wine that goes well with food. Everything from duck to tuna tartar and sushi.

Domaine Burckel Jung has produced wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic. Burckel Jung also has a tourist activity called “Les plantes Sauvages et les Vignes”, which is classified as “ecotourism” in the Grand Est region. Like the family, Burckel Jung's wines have a strong personality with a unique character that reflects 8 generations of intense work in developing and producing quality wine.
