Salamandre is a very drinkable orange wine made from Grenache Blanc. The wine is aged for 4 weeks in concrete vats, and then 3 months in steel tanks. It is a fresh and "drink-me-here-and-now" wine, which has a very fine orange color with a very expressive nose with lots of citrus notes (pink grapefruit). The wine is fresh with great finesse! No sulfur is added!

Salamander goes well as an apéritif and with tapas, salad dishes, paella and food from the grill.

Château Saint-Cyrgues is located in the south of France near Nimes in Saint-Gilles. The castle is full of history, where many pilgrims have also passed on their way to Jerusalem. It is located on the site where the church of Saint Cirice des Marges once stood. The southern exposure of the castle allows a good maturity of the grapes, which gives the wine its sharp and fine character. Château Saint-Cyrgues is the southernmost vineyard in the Rhône Valley.
