"SO2" is an atypical wine, which is also reflected on the label. It is a wine that stands out from the crowd and that dares to stand alone. Intense red colour, aroma and taste of red fruits and appears slightly sparkling on the palate. If you want to stand out from the crowd, take a bottle of SO2 under your arm for your upcoming dinner... The wine does not contain added sulphur. Furthermore, the grapes have even been trampled with bare feet every day for 3 weeks.

SO2 goes well as an apéritif, tapas and charcuterie.

Domaine de l'R is located on a large gravel plain on the right bank of the Vienne in the heart of Chinon. Trained in Spain (Dominio de Atauta, Ribera del Duero), Frédéric Sigonneau returned to France in 2004, where he founded his estate three years later on the remains of the family estate in Cravant les Coteaux. In 2015, Frédéric returned to the property's original 8 hectares, which were "just waiting to be awakened". Frédéric has always used organic methods. He uses neither herbicides nor pesticides.
