Grape: 100% Marsanne (harvested manually)
"Zingara" is a white wine made from 100% Marsanne grapes from 50+ year old vines. It is originally a real Rhône grape, which has now been grown in Languedoc for more than 60 years. The wine is stored for 5 months in steel tanks and has a light and golden colour. Zingara is round and sumptuous with notes of peach, apricot, elderflower and wild herbs. Long aftertaste and soft freshness with notes of almond and honey.
Zingara can be enjoyed alone or with salads, asparagus, fish and shellfish, sushi or light meat.
Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she was without water, electricity and generally had very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist and she really knows what she is doing. It is not experiments that she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène's wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty. Her wines are enjoyed in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France, and French icon actress Catherine Deneuve is among Mylène's fan base.
