Alice is a tribute to one of the first female winegrowers in Corbières (Alice). The colorful label is a work of art that symbolizes freedom and nature.

The wine has a lot to offer, and goes well with various dishes - without it having to be complicated.

Artisans Partisans is a team from Domaine Ollieux Romanis (overall there are three properties) who have come together for one purpose: To produce good and pure wine!

Their philosophy is to work together with the terroir - and thus take care of nature, the vines and, not least, do what is best for the environment. They are very keen to invest in the right equipment to produce proper and tasty wine. The vinification area has been newly furnished with new technical equipment, which raises the quality level to a new standard. The hygiene is top notch!

They strive to offer the best wines from selected varieties, without harming the environment. A very sympathetic approach, which also makes their wines taste even better.
