The red label faintly shows a crescent moon, symbolizing that work is done in harmony with the lunar calendar. The color red symbolizes the wine's characteristics, which are energetic, powerful, passionate and of course loving.

It is a light, dry and very delicately fruity Pinot Noir. Beautiful aromas of blackcurrants, cherries and strawberries. A wine that is lively, balanced with silky tannins.

The wine goes well with tapas and light meat dishes.

Burckel Jung has produced wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
