"Amplitude" means springy, and there's a good reason for that. Intense and dominated with aromas of spices and red berries (strawberries). The wine is primarily stored in steel tanks, while Syrah is stored for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is round and silky in the mouth with pleasant tannins, finishing with a persistent finish.

The wine goes well with vegetarian dishes with chili and spicy meat dishes.

Rolf Madsen gives 91 points: "Lots of strawberries, sweet cherries and Finnish licorice. Juicy in taste with medium concentration. Elegant southern French wine with both weight and finesse, eminently framed by a soft tannic acid. Exciting and vibrant.”
