Grapes: 95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc (manual harvest)

Alcohol: 13% VOL

Forbes 95-96 points: “Luxurious and saturated aromas of chocolate and mocha as well as complex light red fruit, mild but delicious herbiness that includes jasmine. Magnificent and delightful to drink. A truly light and supple beauty. Mint, mocha and black cherry flavors in the middle of the palate and caramel in the finish.”

James Suckling 92 points: "A perfumed nose of mulberries, dark plums, dark chocolate, smoke, dried herbs and spice box. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Round and creamy with a fruity edge and a flavorful finish.”

The wine is drinkable and can be stored for many years. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak (30% new).
