"Château Pontac Gadet" has a classic Médoc taste of cherry, blackcurrant, mocha, oak with well-integrated tannins. Elegant long aftertaste. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months.
The wine goes well with red meat, duck, turkey, lamb and the like.
Vignobles Briolais' vineyards lie on both sides of the famous and historic Gironde River in Bordeaux. On the left side “Château Pontac Gadet”, in the prestigious “Médoc” district and on the right side “Château Haut-Mousseau”, in the high quality district “Côtes de Bourg”.
The wines from the Briolais vineyards are some of the best representatives with the best characteristics of the “Médoc” and “Côtes de Bourg”.
