“Ordolia” (“Or” = gold, in French and “Dolia” = terracotta pot in Georgian. It is reflected on the label.)

Ordolia has an aromatic nose characterized by delicate notes of citrus, dried flowers and white peach. Similar taste with discreet tannins and slightly salty finish. Ordolia is macerated for a month in egg-shaped tanks and aged in the same tanks without the addition of sulphur. Yield 35hl/ha. Storage potential, 10 years.

2000 bottles per year.

Ordolia is good as an apéritif or with light starters, fish and shellfish.

Domaine Bonnet-Huteau is run today by the brothers Jean-Jacques and Rémi Bonnet. The brothers strive to reflect the diversity and minerality of the terroir: gneiss, slate, amphibolite and granite.
