Pet Nat "Fysalides" has wonderful aromas of white flowers, nectarine and peach. A very fresh wine with fine bubbles, and a good long aftertaste of pears.

The wine goes well as an apéritif and with sushi.

Domaine Burckel Jung has produced wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
