Grape: 100% Pinot Noir (harvested manually)
The wine has a beautiful ruby red color with an elegant nose of red berries. Slender and lively with good intensity and a long aftertaste. Best served at 14-16 degrees and should be opened an hour in advance. The wine has no added sulphur.
Haïma goes well with light dishes, pizza, poultry, but also chocolate-based desserts.
Burckel Jung has produced wines with great respect for nature since 1802 (8th generation) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
