The blue label faintly shows a crescent, symbolizing that work is done in harmony with the lunar calendar. The color blue symbolizes the wine's characteristics as calm, reliable and sincere.
A pale yellow color with green tones underlines the freshness of the wine. The wine has great finesse, sharp and subtle fruity aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit) and white flowers (linden). The wine perfectly expresses all the properties of the soil. A fresh and lively wine.
The wine is good as an apéritif, with vegetarian dishes, fish and shellfish, and white meat in general.
Burckel Jung has produced wine with great respect for nature since 1802 (8 generations) and is today certified organic and biodynamic.
