Saint Cirice Rosé is a refreshing rosé wine that screams to be drunk. The wine is stored for 4-6 months in barrels. The wine has a nice shiny pink color with very tasty and surprising aromas of pomegranate and citrus fruits. A very fresh wine!

The wine is good as an apéritif and with tapas, salad dishes and fish.

Château Saint-Cyrgues is located in the south of France near Nimes in Saint-Gilles. The castle is full of history, where many pilgrims have also passed on their way to Jerusalem. It is located on the site where the church of Saint Cirice des Marges once stood. The southern exposure of the castle allows a good maturity of the grapes, which gives the wine its sharp and fine character. Château Saint-Cyrgues is the southernmost vineyard in the Rhône Valley.
