"Serve the Servant" is a rare white wine, since only Mylène makes wine from this grape. It is made from a "forgotten grape", "Servant", which is a thick-skinned grape that gives an aromatic wine with a nose of quince and ripe fruit. Honey notes also emerge in the taste. Very delicate wine. The grape variety develops special qualities that give oxidative notes with a salty finish.
"Servant" is a table grape from the "old days", when the grapes were harvested very late and stored and dried and used as a dessert for Christmas.
Serve the Servant works well with salads, seafood, white meat and slightly fatty cheeses. It can also be enjoyed with fruit desserts.
Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she was without water, electricity and generally had very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist and she really knows what she is doing. It is not experiments that she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène's wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty.
