"Soleil de Nuit" (sun of the night) is an elegant and light wine. The wine is aged for 4 months in steel tanks, and has notes of red fruit, raspberry, dried fruit and white flowers. Carignan gives the wine a soft freshness and a certain length in the mouth.

Soleil de Nuit can easily be enjoyed alone or with, for example, squid risotto, chicken, pulled pork and cheese.

Domaine Mylène Bru started in 2008, when Mylène Bru bought 4 hectares of vines. Here she was without water, electricity and generally had very difficult conditions for producing wine. Mylène is a trained oenologist and she really knows what she is doing. It is not experiments that she sends to the market. Everything is done deliberately. She produces top natural wines with a fascinating personality and passion. Mylène's wines express nature, authenticity, daring and honesty. Her wines are enjoyed in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France, and French icon actress Catherine Deneuve is among Mylène's fan base.
