"Vairon" is Dirler-Cadé's first orange wine, of which a few thousand bottles have been produced. Vairon means a two-coloured eye – the label symbolizes how the green grapes give the orange color in the wine – with a twinkle in the eye from the producer..

Vairon is aromatic with a very fresh nose. Muscat characterizes the nose, while Gewurztraminer is the backbone of the taste. Spices and tannins. The wine has no added sulphur. 6-day maceration with Muscat and 15-day maceration with Gewurztraminer in steel tanks.

Vairon is ideal as an apéritif and for grilling.

Dirler-Cadé is located in Alsace in the small town of Bergholtz with its 1000 inhabitants, which is 3 km southeast of Guebwiller. Guebwiller is the gateway to the beautiful Florival valley, which leads to the "Hautes Vosges". Dirler-Cadé is 25 km from Colmar and Mulhouse.

Jean Dirler founded "Dirler Wines" in 1871, where today it is now the 5th generation that produces the wines. Back in 1998, Jean (5th generation) married Ludivine Cadé, whose parents are wine producers in Guebwiller. Biodynamically certified since 1998. From the year 2000, the domain is called "Dirler-Cadé" on 18 hectares, where 42% is classified as Saering, Spiegel, Kessler or Kitterlé Grand Cru.
